- Provide your payment information. Payment will be processed upon service completion. Sending equipment without providing payment information may results in service delays.
- Include a copy of your Service Quote and Purchase Order with your shipment. Do not Include any accessories, power supplies, or other items necessary for calibration. Please pack your instrument securely to avoid freight damage.
- Ship your equipment to one of the following addresses, based on manufacturer logo on the instrument. Failure to ship to the correct location can cause delays to your service:
