3 and 5 year Total Protection Plans include: repair or replacement coverage from wear and tear, accidental damage, ESD or EOS plus preventative maintenance. Including a 5 day turnaround time and priority access to customer support. Any probes purchased with the scope will not be covered by a service plan purchased on the oscilloscope. A separate service plan will need to be purchased for any probes added to the order.
